3...2...1...Swish! And the crowd goes wild!
There's nothing I like more than to see a game literally decided on the final shot. Specifically, here's my dream finish: A trailing team gets a shot in the last two seconds, makes it and wins the game. I'd bet no more than 1 percent of all basketball games are decided that way. Probably less. North Carolina's Wayne Ellington swished a 3-point HOTshot to beat Clemson in overtime Sunday night. It was a fine example of the species. (Charlotte Observer)
