Rushel Shell named Mr. Pennsylvania Football


Desimon Green of Clairton High School and Rushel Shell of Hopewell High School were the winners of the first Mr. Pennsylvania Football awards. Shell, a junior running back, has rushed for 6,766 yards in his career and run for 100 yards or more in 29 straight games. (The Patriot-News)
