Butch Davis looking for more than one running back

Despite the return of veteran Ryan Houston, North Carolina coach Butch Davis said on Thursday's spring coaches' teleconference that he wants more than one running back to carry the load this fall. "You have to have a stable of running backs," he said. "I don’t know that I even want to have one guy you say this guy is going to take 95 percent of the reps. I think it’s a detriment to the kid."
