Hansbrough's hometown says "catastrophic failure" of levee is imminent

Police have evacuated about 1,000 townspeople living near the Black River here after officials determined that a "catastrophic failure" of the levee is imminent. Poplar Bluff is a community of about 17,000 people in southeast Missouri, about 150 miles from St. Louis. (STL Today)
