Baseball recruit Adam Griffin attracts attention
Posted May 7, 2011
Adam Griffin has wowed scouts with a fastball that has been clocked as fast as 94 mph. He has provided whiplash opportunities for opposing pitchers with prodigious home runs. He tracks down balls in the outfield with grace, and with a flick of his wrist can throw the ball 350 feet.Griffin, a 6-foot-1, 185-pound senior at Forsyth Country Day, is perhaps the most talented player in the area.
