Haw River Ballroom, with part-owner Tom LaGarde, brings nightlife to Saxapahaw mill

The 10,000-square-foot space used to be home to spindles of cotton. And while the building of the former dye house of Saxapahaw’s Historic Cotton Mill has maintained its historic roots, the Haw River Ballroom is new, repurposed and ready for events. (Burlington Times News)
