For Carolina pitching coach Scott Forbes, Saturday began at 5 a.m., sitting on the front porch of a gray farmhouse in Bridgeville, Delaware. It was one of the first times in three days that you could find him without his laptop computer. This time, he just had a pad of paper, a pen, and an expansive view across farmland.
