UNC, Vandy to kick off world series in new park

History will be made Saturday when North Carolina and Vanderbilt play the first game in this year's College World Series in Omaha, Neb. The 2 p.m. (Eastern time) game will mark the CWS debut in the city’s new Ameritrade Park. Rosenblatt Stadium had hosted the NCAA championship series since 1950. (Raleigh News & Observer)
