CWS opener a game of 'firsts' for Tar Heels

North Carolina pitcher Patrick Johnson figures the pressure is going to be on him just after 1 o’clock Saturday afternoon. Shortly after former President George W. Bush throws the ceremonial first pitch before the first College World Series game at TD Ameritrade Park, Johnson will throw the first real pitch. “It’s going to be a great honor,’’ said Johnson, the Tar Heels’ ace.
