Opportunity out of the blue


Jacob Stallings will be North Carolina's starting catcher Saturday when the Tar Heels play Vanderbilt in the first College World Series game at TD Ameritrade Park. So Stallings was a bit amazed when one of his teammates asked him this week if Stallings' dad would be rooting for Vanderbilt on Saturday. Rest assured, Kevin Stallings will be cheering for the Tar Heels. (Omaha World-Herald)
