Jawad Williams hopes to hang on with Bobcats

At the outer fringes of the NBA, former North Carolina starter Jawad Williams is attempting to claw his way back onto a roster. It complicates matters, however, that the NBA looks like it's about to have its very own version of the NFL's lockout starting Friday. That means Williams - who is trying out for the Charlotte Bobcats this week - might well end up overseas again. (Raleigh News & Observer)
