UC Santa Barbara Game Guide
Posted Dec 22, 2007
The Tar Heels will face UC Santa Barbara (10-1) in the Smith Center on Saturday afternoon in both teams' last games before Christmas. USCB's only loss was to nationally-ranked Stanford on the road and the team has won its last eight games. This game will mark the first time the Gauchos have faced the No.1 team in the country since 1990, when they beat UNLV in Santa Barbara, 78-70. UNLV did not lose again that season until the NCAA semifinals.
