Super Showcase - day three: T.J. Warren, Nerlens Noel
Posted Jul 25, 2011
• Garner Road senior star T.J. Warren with a couple of huge efforts. Warren had 35 in an early win over Dorian’s Pride and then had 23 in a loss to the New York Gauchos. Warren was watched by Kentucky assistants Orlando Antigua and Kenny Payne and Louisville assistant Richard Pitino. Both schools are in good shape with the player. BABC won the Peach Jam but had to hang on to beat the Charlotte Royals (which had Brannen Greene playing for them) and then lost to the Ohio Shooting Stars. Nerlens Noel had 16 in the win and just three in the loss. He’s a super-looking prospect from the Class of 2013 and has all the intangibles you are looking for in a kid his size
