Baddour deserved better

North Carolina’s coaches thought Dick Baddour deserved better. After 45 years at the university, including the last 14 as athletics director, Baddour announced his early retirement at the same press conference in which he and chancellor Holden Thorp explained the firing of Butch Davis.
