DeCock: Dick Baddour says tearful goodbye to Tar Heels


In the end, Dick Baddour did the right thing for the University of North Carolina. That was always his motivation. Throughout this football scandal, no one was more visibly disturbed or more openly embarrassed than the athletic director.
