Maybe one day, when talented freshman Corey Chandler matures and coach Fred Hill adds another recruiting class, the Rutgers University men's basketball team will be able to hang with the No. 1 team in the country. Not this year, and certainly not Sunday night. A top-ranked North Carolina team that boasts three All-America candidates out-muscled, out-shot, and simply out-talented Rutgers in a 93-71 thrashing.
