UNC chancellor, Duke AD support reforms to NCAA rulebook

“I don’t think there’s anybody that disagrees that the NCAA rulebook is too complex, too big,” said NCAA president Mark Emmert. “The question is always what you do about it.” It's an issue Chancellor Holden Thorp knows all too well, after some members of the football team were declared ineligible or were kicked off.
