Danny Green to sign with Union Olimpija

Union Olimpija signed swingman Danny Green over the weekend. 24-year-old Green arrives from San Antonio of the NBA, for whom he averaged 5.1 points in eight games last season, the Euroleague announced. At Olimpija he will be reunited with former college teammate Deon Thompson. The two helped the University of North Carolina win the 2009 NCAA championship. (Miro Sport News)
