Marvin Austin tears pectoral muscle

The official twitter account for the NY Giants reported Tuesday that defensive tackle and former North Carolina football player, Marvin Austin has torn his left pectoral muscle. They further tweeted that head coach Tom Coughlin said the injury will require surgery and that the injury will most likely be season ending. (WRAL Sports Fan)
