Candidates applying for North Carolina AD job

UNC is already building a strong pool of candidates for its athletics director's job, the chair of the school's search committee, Lowry Caudill, said Wednesday. Some candidates have applied, and others have been nominated. The search committee started discussing the merits of some candidates Wednesday during a two-hour closed meeting on campus with Bill Carr, the head of the firm hired to help UNC find its next athletics director.
