Former Tar Heel Ryan Taylor to debut with Packers

Ryan Taylor didn't plan on making his NFL debut in his home state, but he's happy it's going to work out that way. Taylor, who played at North Carolina and grew up in Winston-Salem, will play in his first NFL game Sunday with the Green Bay Packers against the Carolina Panthers at Bank of America Stadium. Taylor missed the Packers' opener, a 42-34 win against New Orleans, with a hip strain. (Raleigh News & Observer)
