Bruce Carter says he'll be cleared to practice with Cowboys Oct. 23

Dallas Cowboys second-round pick Bruce Carter said Thursday that he's still a month away from being released to practice with the team. Carter is on the reserve non-football injury list and can't play in the Cowboys' first six games. (Dallas Morning News)
