Roy Williams offers 2013 SG Matt Jones

Inside Carolina reported Sunday via Twitter that UNC has offered a scholarship to 2013 shooting guard Matt Jones out of Desoto, Texas. Jones is rated a 5-star prospect by both Scout and ESPN, and 4-stars by Rivals.
Jones becomes the fifth player from the 2013 recruiting class to receive an offer: Power forward Isaiah Hicks has already committed to UNC, while point guard Bronson Koenig chose Wisconsin over the Tar Heels. The two other 2013 players with offers include power forward Julius Randle and small forward Jabari Parker.
