UNC Chancellor Emeritus Moeser: "I would dismantle the NCAA"

UNC Chancellor Emeritus James Moeser says the time has come for federal intervention to change the way the NCAA operates. “If I could be God, I would dismantle the NCAA,” says Moeser. “This is a train that is at some point going to run off the tracks.
