Tyreece Jiles decommits from UNC

Cornerback Tyreece Jiles (Cape Coral, Fla.) has committed to play for Purdue according to his high school coach Ben Metheny, the Journal and Courier reports. Earlier reports claimed Jiles had picked North Carolina. "People said that but he never did," Metheny said. "He said he would like to play for (interim) coach (Everett) Withers but North Carolina's situation is going to be a big question mark." (ESPN.com)
