Linebacker Joseph Jackson commits to UNC

High three-star outside linebacker Joseph Jackson (Jacksonville, Fla./First Coast) has committed to play for North Carolina, multiple sources report. He made an official visit to Chapel Hill Oct. 28th. Jackson, the nation's No. 40-rated OLB according to ESPNU, was previously committed to play for West Virginia. Jackson is commitment number 16 for the Tar Heels. (ESPN.com)
