Desmond Owino has been a big surprise
Posted Nov 15, 2011

Today, he is the object of great desire by programs such as N.C. State and North Carolina. Colleges are lining up to offer the 6-foot-5, 240-pound athlete a football scholarship. "Unbelievable," Owino said last week when he reflected on the steadily increasing number of scholarship offers.
