Rookie TJ Yates moves up to Texans backup quarterback

Rookie quarterback T.J. Yates will be a heartbeat from seeing his first NFL action. With Matt Schaub injured, Yates moves into the backup role behind Matt Leinart. “He’s progressed a great deal,” coach Gary Kubiak said about Yates. (Houston Chronicle)
