Tar Heels To Host MVSU In Home Opener

Top-ranked North Carolina will play its third game of the season and its first at home when it hosts Mississippi Valley State on Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. in the Smith Center. The game will be televised regionally on the ACC's Regional Sports Network. Bob Rathbun and Mike Gminski will have the call. Sunday's game is part of the 2011 Continental Tire Las Vegas Invitational.
