Kendric Burney signed to Rams practice squad

Cornerback Kendric Burney, who worked out for the St. Louis Rams last week, has been added to the practice squad, filling the spot created Saturday when offensive tackle Kevin Hughes was promoted to the active roster. Burney is a rookie free agent from North Carolina who spent training camp this summer with the Carolina Panthers. (St. Louis Post-Dispatch)
