Rashad McCants works out at Lakers facility

Lakers guards Derek Fisher, Devin Ebanks and Darius Morris practiced, while players such as Leon Powe, Marcus Banks and Rashad McCants arrived hoping they can provide some favorable impressions on the Lakers' front office. McCants said he's maintained contact with General Manager Mitch Kupchak because of their North Carolina connections and the Lakers' apparent interest in him in past seasons. (Los Angeles Times)
