Big man Kennedy Meeks drawing plenty of attention

Kennedy Meeks didn’t have his best game against Paul VI (Va.) on Saturday, but that didn’t stop head coaches from stopping by to check out the big man. N.C. State’s Mark Gottfried strolled in; Tony Bennett of Virginia was there; Mark Turgeon came by; and even John Thompson III had to get a glimpse. Despite not offering, the Tar Heels are firmly in the race for Meeks. “They’re going to be in the picture,” Meeks said. (CBS Sports)
