UNC ranked 12th among best college football jobs

I talked to a bunch of coaches and agents before I ranked these jobs, and their opinion of the Tar Heels was universally high. In fact, several coaches I talked with said they thought North Carolina was a better job than Penn State even without the progran uncertainty surrounding the Sandusky scandal. (Outkick the Coverage)
