Dallas Mavericks sign Vince Carter

Days after agreeing to join the Dallas Mavericks, eight-time All-Star swingman Vince Carter made it official Monday afternoon. Carter, who has observed the Mavericks' practices the last two days, had to wait until clearing waivers. (ESPN.com)
