Redskins sign Richard Quinn

The Redskins have announced that they have signed tight end Richard Quinn to their roster and have put nose tackle Chris Baker on injured reserve. Quinn, 25, was a 2009 second-round draft pick of the Broncos. He has only one career reception in 29 NFL games. (CSN Washington)
