Roy Williams offers 2013 SF Troy Williams

Troy Williams, a 2013 6'6" small forward from Phoebus High School in Hampton, Virginia, has received a scholarship offer from UNC according to Williams via his Twitter account:

"I JUST GOT THE OFFER FROM UNC !!!!! *screams* !!!!"

Williams, rated a 4-star recruit by Rivals and 5-stars by both Scout and ESPN, becomes the fifth member of UNC's 2013 recruiting class to receive an offer. Power forward Isaiah Hicks and point guard Nate Britt have already committed to UNC's 2013 class.
