UNC currently 2nd in Director's Cup standings


The ACC is off to a flying start in the Director’s Cup standings. Of the top 10 teams in the competition for the nation’s best all-around program, five are from the league, according to figures released on Thursday. North Carolina, on the strength of its men’s soccer national championship and runner-up finish in women’s field hockey, ranks second behind perennial champion Stanford with 254 points.
