Recruits help ACC maintain status among nation's elite


When the nation's top high school seniors sign, seal and deliver their national letters of intent over the next week, the ACC's intention of staying at the top of the college basketball heap again will be crystal clear. Among the 89 top-100 players who have made verbal commitments and can sign their letters of intent during the early signing period that started Wednesday and ends next Wednesday, 18 appear headed to ACC schools.
