UNC’s Rolle proves Momma’s got game

There was certainly enough for North Carolina women’s basketball fans to cheer about in the Tar Heels’ 74-21 win over Savannah State on Thursday afternoon. But the only standing ovation from the crowd of 2,489 at Carmichael Arena was reserved for junior center Waltiea Rolle, who played for the first time since giving birth to her daughter, Carlisa, on Nov. 8.
