UNC-CH again tops for value - Kiplinger

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill again ranks as the No. 1 value in American public higher education, according to Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine. Kiplinger’s says it bases its rankings on a combination of academics and affordability and ranked UNC-CH at the top spot for the 11th year in a row. This year, it also listed UNC as the top university for out-of-state students. (Triangle Business Journal)
