Desmond Owino a three star former UNC Tar Heel commit has changed his mind and flipped to NC State. The 6-5 230 lb defensive lineman said he is cancelling an upcoming planned visit to Chapel Hill and any other schools. Apparently “locked in” now with the Wolfpack here’s what Owino had to say: "I committed to N.C. State,” the 6-5, 230-pounder said. “I really just like the coaching staff there and the NCAA stuff with UNC made me change."
