So, which NBA coach runs the best offense? Survey says...George Karl?. This according to a survey of NBA general managers. Other Nuggets popped up in the survey responses, notably point guard Ty Lawson, in response to the question: Which player is most likely to have a breakout season in 2011-12? (Denver Post)
