DE Bryan Cox Jr. commits to Florida

St. Thomas Aquinas DE Bryan Cox Jr. gave his verbal commitment to the Gators on Saturday, bringing the highly rated class to 19 players. Cox, the son of former Miami Dolphin Brian Cox, told ESPN that he "got a great vibe from Gator Nation" and liked the coaching staff. A 6-foot-3, 240-pound defensive end, Cox played his senior season at the powerhouse school in Ft. Lauderdale after moving from Ohio when his father was hired as an assistant coach with the Dolphins.
