DE Alex McCalister commits to Florida over Georgia Tech and UNC

It’s decision day for Alex McCalister, maybe the biggest “mystery recruit” in the Southeast. The 6-foot-6, 220-pound defensive end from Clemmons, N.C., announced his college decision at 1 p.m. Monday. McCalister put on a blue cap at his commitment ceremony, committing to Florida over Georgia Tech and North Carolina. (Atlanta Journal-Constitution)
