Kentwan Balmer has only one speed: full tilt


Kentwan Balmer doesn’t like breaks, and he’s not fond of rest. He has energy and figures he should use it to make himself better. It doesn’t matter to Balmer, a 6-5, 295-pound senior defensive tackle at North Carolina, if he’s playing football, working on the practice field, in the weight room or studying in a classroom. He isn’t going to take time off when there’s work to be done. (Winston-Salem Journal)
