Robyn Gayle a fortuitous find for Tar Heels

Identity theft rarely turns out well. But it did for Robyn Gayle. When she was a high school student, her brother Li-R e-mailed the North Carolina women's soccer program, pretending to be Robyn and asked UNC to look at her. "I probably didn't have enough courage at the time to e-mail the coach myself," said Gayle, a senior defender. "It's a pretty intimidating program." (Raleigh News & Observer)
