Frost, snow doesn’t slow Tar Heels

The frost and snow that hit the Triangle on Sunday evening didn’t deter new North Carolina coach Larry Fedora from hitting the practice field bright and early Monday. The Tar Heels kicked off their spring conditioning drills at 6 a.m. in what Fedora has labeled “Blue Dawn.’’ The workouts will continue for about two weeks before the actual start of spring practice March 14.
