Sale of He's Not Here is finalized

He’s Not Here, Chapel Hill’s iconic beer garden, has sold to a UNC alumnus and his business partner, a Chapel Hill resident. Matt Mehok, a former UNC football player who worked at He’s Not in the early 1990’s, and business partner Bennett Roberts purchased the bar, according to an email from Neal DePersia of National Restaurant Properties, which marketed the property.
