Larry Fedora on his first challenge when he got to North Carolina. “It was recruiting. You are already behind in recruiting. You may not know the kids in the area that are being recruited so you have to try and establish some type of relationship as quickly as possible with those kids because you get to be in front of them three times as a staff and once as a head coach.” (Orlando Sentinel)
