No. 4 Tar Heels Fall To Gardner-Webb, 7-4


North Carolina stranded a season-high 17 runners on base Wednesday night as visiting Gardner-Webb upset the Tar Heels, 7-4. The Tar Heels fall to 14-3 on the year, while the Runnin' Bulldogs improve to 10-7. Carolina will look to rebound Friday when it opens a three-game series at Maryland. (Tar Heel Blue)
